Brushed dress fabric – soft and warm clothing fabric
Brushed dress fabric (in English brushed French Terry) is a stretchy and skin-friendly fabric, with the reverse side specially treated by brushing. This gives the fabric a softer, warmer, and slightly thicker feel compared to regular French Terry fabric. The brushed fibers create a pleasant fleece-like inner surface, making it ideal for cooler weather.
Due to its heat retention and comfort, brushed dress fabric is widely used in the making of hoodies, sweatshirts, children’s and baby clothes, sportswear, and homewear. The elastane content ensures good stretch and shape retention.
